KK Group awarded gold medal from EcoVadis for sustainability performance
Receiving a gold medal from EcoVadis for sustainability progress ranks KK Group among the top five percent best ranked companies globally.
The medal was awarded as part of EcoVadis's assessment of KK Group's environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement practices.
During 2025, the company improved its overall score to 82, compared to 63 in 2024, placing it in the top 97th percentile of all companies assessed.
Some of the actions taken during 2025 which resulted in the improved score include:
- Having its climate targets approved by the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi)
- Assurance of selected sustainability metrics included in its annual reporting
- 100% of electricity consumed was from renewable sources
- Strengthening its Supplier and People Codes of Conduct
- Introducing Human Rights and Business Ethics training for employees

KK Wind Solutions has received validation from the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) for its climate targets, including a 63 percent reduction in direct operational emissions and a 38 percent reduction in supply chain emissions by 2035.
